With over three decades of experience as a seasoned Executive Assistant, Francesca has built a career spanning various industries, leading to her current role as Operations Manager of Williams HR Law. She began her professional journey as a Law Clerk after graduating from Seneca College and earned honors in her Associate Program Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Francesca’s extensive experience has provided her with unmatched insights into law practice operations. As Operations Manager, Francesca leads initiatives to optimize the firm’s workflows, ensuring seamless operations and increased productivity.

Outside of her professional achievements, Francesca enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their cherished Boston Terrier, Fenway. She is an avid baker and a devoted Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
