A mature and experienced Senior Administrator, Jen acts as Executive Assistant to Laura Williams, supporting her in managing her thriving practice.

Jen started her legal career as a Legal Assistant at a large Bay Street law firm, where she developed expertise in family law, litigation, and employment law. She then helped establish a new employment law firm, providing key legal and administrative support until its dissolution in 2017. Jen continued her career as Executive Assistant and Director of Operations at a boutique firm, until joining Williams HR Law in 2024.

Jen is a former member of Toastmasters.  She taught Sunday School to kids in grades 5 and 6 for over 10 years.  She has been a Board member of her Condo Board in various capacities for many years.  In her spare time, she loves listening to music and is an avid reader, her favourite authors being John Grisham and Sidney Sheldon.

She recently completed a two and a half year project to write her mother’s biography.
