Roxanna began her career in real estate and family law, gaining valuable experience that shaped her ability to provide thorough and dependable legal support. She now brings that foundation to employment law, where she assists on a variety of matters, including workplace investigations. Roxanna enjoys taking on new challenges and is always eager to develop skills that allow her to support her team more effectively.

Roxanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a minor in English Literature, from the University of Western Ontario in 2023. Driven by her interest in the legal field, she went on to complete the accelerated Law Clerk program at Seneca Polytechnic, graduating with honours in 2024.

Outside of work, Roxanna enjoys gaming, crocheting, and baking. She is also kept busy caring for her two energetic puppies.
